Due to the current situation around Covid-19, the resort in Morzine is currently closed, and our offices have had to temporarily close too. Our team is now working remotely for the safety and wellbeing of our staff and due to the enforced lockdown in France.
We are receiving a lot of queries at the moment regarding bookings. We ask you to please be patient if you’re awaiting a response from us. We assure you that we’ll be in contact and address each and every one of your queries as soon as possible.
For those of you who have bookings for the Summer season and beyond, we would like to thank you for continuing to support L’Aiglon.
For June bookings, we are offering the option of claiming a voucher to the value of your booking, which can be used to reschedule your stay for sometime later in the Summer season, subject to availability of course.
For all other future bookings for July, August, September or Winter 2020/21, we are honouring all of these bookings unless the situation changes. The French Government has not published any instructions as yet for those months, but we continue to monitor the situation and will be in touch with you if this position changes.
5.5. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED for administration costs and cancellation charges will be levied as follows:
4 – 8 WEEKS BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF HOLIDAY: 50% OF TOTAL HOLIDAY COST
LESS THAN 4 WEEKS BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF HOLIDAY: 100% OF TOTAL HOLIDAY COST
Covid-19 Update 21st of April: For bookings made between April 19th and August 31, 2020, for a stay at our property between June 1st 2020 and April 30th 2021, Clause 5.5 shall be temporarily amended to allow for 100% refund in the event of cancellation due to force majeure related to COVID-19. Aiglon Morzine are offering flexibility in terms of travel plans in the coming months. We want to encourage you to enjoy a relaxing getaway in the mountains to wind down from the current situation, of course depending on restrictions. That is why if you book a holiday with us to stay between June 1st 2020 and April 20th 2021, we will happily refund in the event of cancellation due to force majeure related to COVID-19. We are also open to re scheduling your stay too. If you have any questions on this, please do not hesitate to ask.
